A family member I am living with is suppose to get this pill. What type of precautions should I take. I know I should stay away from them for awhile, but it freaks me out when they say not to share a shower or dishes or food. Its not like aids or a common cold. Radioactive pill that is in them is my concern. What should I do for my safety.
Should I wear vynal disposiable gloves after two week of the person touching things.

Is there any special cleaning surfaces required. Example I clean the toilet after two weeks. Should I use my regular toilet bowl brush & then throw away. When I share the same toilet at them?

I have thyroid cancer, and after taking the I-131 radiation pill, I could not walk for about 6 months. I am currently able to walk with assistance from a cane. I am in pain 24/7 though, and it has been about 4 years since I have beeen treated. Will this pain ever lighten up?
How did I get this? Not sure, possible genetics or water contamination.. the symptoms were a goiter/lump on neck.
No help from physician, if they knew how to stop the pain they would. I have taken fentenol/morphine patches, muscle relaxers, k-flex, lowertabs..etc. You name it… nothing helps. I go to the doctor, specialists, on a regular basis. I do the scans, and bloodwork, whole nine yards. I have found no help on the internet, with long term symptoms and cures.

I read the queston about why do I keep going back to the doctors, ect…welp: I dont. That was what I was told years ago would eventually bring me BACK into their world of “healing”. I have taken charge of my health, or would not have made it 23 years..so, to that person:sorry, but you are off base.

as to the rest, thank you..I do indeed follow a microbiotic diet for the most part..yes, I do slip and have foods at times that my body lets me know within minutes was a bad, bad mistake. no white sugar, lots of water, vitamins, ect. and read the labels of the foods I do chose and am an herbalist because of what happened to me, in fact I can proudly say I have helped many other cancer victims, become survivors. My problem is that the adhesions, and radiation burns from 1983 are manifesting despite my best efforts.was thinking of using aloe internally. I also now do the Relay for Life events, which I would not do at first,now I find being with other survivors gives HOPE.
